We do not accept returns. Each piece is printed to order and inspected before it leaves the studio.
If an item arrives broken, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at retroschopshop@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order reference. We'll reprint and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
For large or heavy pieces, you may need to help with the cost of return shipping at minimum so we can recycle the damaged print and get the replacement on its way.
